We all want to be known, seen, heard, and understood by others. Some of us also need help learning to understand ourselves, our needs, and the needs of those we interact with. The connections we form with our families, friends, coworkers, and significant others can bring great fulfillment to our lives or be a source of struggle, leaving us wanting more. Starting therapy is the first brave step to improving the quality of your relationships, including your relationship with yourself!
I integrate multiple therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivation interviewing (MI), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), internal family systems (IFS), and psychodynamic therapy (object relations) to help you uncover the obstacles that are keeping you from living your most fulfilled life and customize treatment to your unique goals.
You are the expert on you, and you are in the driver’s seat. I am here to help you navigate your life, including the main highways and any dark, deserted back roads you may end up taking. Together, we’ll weather the journey and celebrate each destination.
