Cancellation Policy
We are passionate about helping couples strengthen their relationships through our Hold Me Tight workshops. We invest a great deal of time, effort, and resources to ensure each workshop is a valuable and transformative experience. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and while we strive to accommodate the needs of our participants, our cancellation policy is designed to balance flexibility with the practical realities of organizing these workshops.
Non-Refundable Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the workshop. This deposit covers a portion of the costs associated with planning and preparing for the workshop, including reserving space, providing materials, and ensuring a meaningful experience for all participants. We appreciate your understanding and commitment when you register.
Cancellations More Than 4 Weeks Before the Workshop:
If you need to cancel more than 4 weeks before the scheduled workshop date, you will receive a refund of any payments made beyond the initial deposit. Alternatively, you may apply the full amount paid, including the deposit, as a credit toward a future workshop.
Cancellations 2-4 Weeks Before the Workshop:
Cancellations made between 2 to 4 weeks before the workshop can be applied as a credit toward a future workshop date. This option provides flexibility for those who need to adjust their plans while still honoring the commitment made by reserving a spot.
Cancellations Within 2 Weeks of the Workshop:
Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the workshop are non-refundable. At this point, we are unable to fill the slot with another couple, and the preparation, space rental, and other costs have already been incurred. To ensure you still benefit from the workshop, we will provide you with the workshop materials and resources. This allows you to engage with the content and tools that support relationship growth.
Policy on Exceptions:
We are often asked if we can make exceptions for cancellations due to illness, travel-related delays, or other life circumstances. While we empathize with these challenges, our policy is consistent: cancellations within 2 weeks are non-refundable.
Why We Cannot Make Exceptions:
The nature of our workshops requires a significant investment in preparation, including securing space, arranging snacks and beverages, and customizing the experience for each couple. Because of this level of commitment, when a cancellation occurs within 2 weeks, it is not feasible for us to fill the spot or recoup these expenses. By maintaining a clear and consistent policy, we ensure fairness to all participants and protect the integrity and sustainability of the workshops.
No-Show Policy:
If a couple does not attend the workshop without providing a cancellation notice, no refund or credit will be issued. We encourage open communication to avoid misunderstandings and to help us better serve all participants.

To cancel or reschedule your registration, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team is here to assist you and provide clarity on any part of this policy.
