Couples TLC Counseling accepts many different insurances. Please check the list of insurances below. To use your insurance, please follow these simple steps: 

1. Scroll down and fill out the secure online insurance form.
2. Upload the front and back images of your insurance card.
3. Upload the front image of your driver’s license or other government identification with your picture.
4. We will notify you of your eligibility within two days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Even if we bill your insurance, there may be an additional pay. We will let you know the additional pay amount when we get verification. The additional pay is paid to Couples TLC Counseling and is processed through our system 48 hours before the scheduled session. Sessions that are late-canceled or no-shows are charged at our standard rates.
