Trainee MFT

I want a future for you where loneliness is replaced by connectedness, family relationships grow, and your career flourishes. During our sessions, we will work together to address your concerns, solve problems, and improve the quality of your relationships.

I encourage you to book a free initial consultation with me so you get a feel for how we can work together. I am pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine. My undergraduate degree is in Computer Science from Stanford University.

My theoretical orientation lies within trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and attachment-based therapeutic approaches. I am open to helping clients of all races, ethnicities, religions, genders, and sexual orientations. I offer individual, couples, and family counseling services. In my spare time, I love practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, cooking (a huge fan of Kenji López-Alt), reading, and playing video games with my family.
